ONLINE ORDERS

What forms of payment do you accept?
BauBax LLC currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Shopping at BauBax.com is safe. We use Safe Shopping Guarantee backs every credit card purchase you make and our site is protected by SSL encryption technology.

Is it safe to use my debit card online?
Yes. And please note: If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once your shipment is planned. Once your order is shipped, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

Why should I sign up for your Email?

Can I combine multiple orders or add additional items to my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed. You may place a different order for the additional items.

How do I change the shipping address?
Please contact our Customer Support Team at support@baubax.com immediately if you need to change the shipping address or via chat from our web page. We will do our best to get your information updated as quickly as possible, if the order is not processed.

BauBax.com cannot change addresses or cancel orders over social media.

How do I cancel or edit a placed order?
You can edit or cancel pending orders that haven't been processed yet, by contacting our Customer Support Team at support@baubax.com or via chat from our web page. All orders placed Monday thru Friday are processed as quickly as possible. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on following business day.

Do you price match?
As our Jackets are unique, sorry we do not price match.

Why was the item in my shopping cart no longer available at checkout?
The selection on our site is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.


When placing an order, I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment. Sometimes your financial institution may place a temporary security hold on your card to ensure it is really you trying to make the purchase. This is especially common if you don't order online very often, if you've placed several online orders in a short amount of time, or if your card is very new. We recommend calling your bank to let them know you're trying to place an order so they can confirm your identity and clear your card for use again. In any case, since these error messages tend to come from your bank's servers and not from our site, we recommend calling your bank first for further information if you have received an authorization error.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

There is a shipping charge applied to all domestic and international orders.

All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Where do we ship?
BauBax ships to all 50 United States, the U.S. territories, U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Internationally.
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship Internationally
Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
BauBax ships your package, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's customs policies please contact your local customs office.

Your country local postal Service will charge you the recipient to all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

If you refuse to take delivery of the Product(s), as a result of import taxes, customs duties, and fees, BauBax reserves the right to charge you for the return cost of the Product(s). This amount will be deducted from your refund once the item is received at our warehouse.

Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the shipping destination, it can arrive within 5 to 12 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Only standard delivery is available.

Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays

How can I track my order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns
Clearance products will not be exchanged/returned.

We want you to be happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we will offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery or a full refund. Returns and exchanges must be new, unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. As soon as we receive your item(s), we will process an exchange or a full refund - whichever you prefer.

BauBax will refund the purchase price actually paid minus shipping and handling charges. 

Jackets purchased through third parties vendors must be returned through that specific vendor and are subject to their own rules.

How Refunds Are Issued
Note: After the carrier, has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for BauBax to receive and process your return.

If you're receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 3-5 business day to fully process your return and issue your refund.
