We value customer satisfaction and feedback and will be happy to assist in processing an exchange for the item delivered to you. Our exchange policy is listed as below: 

  1. We will accept exchange requests for style, size, pattern and color changes
  2. The style change from a low price product to a higher price product will be at an additional cost as listed below. We will also refund the price difference if you exchange a higher price product with a lower price product

  1. The customer will be required to send the exchanging product at their own cost. We will request for payment of shipping fee for processing the exchange request via PayPal. The shipping charges as applicable for the exchanges are as below:

  1. If you have received a defective item, we will process an exchange at no additional cost
  2. Any missing or damaged accessories will be replaced at no additional cost
  3. We will take exchange requests for all the orders delivered upto 30 days from time of delivery.
  4. BauBax will refund the purchase price actually paid minus shipping and handling charges. 
  5. The returns will be accepted only if the product is unused, unworn and with all tags intact. This will be verified at our warehouse after we receive the product.
  6. Items purchased through third parties are subject to their own rules.

If you need to exchange your item for a different style, size or color, you can exchange qualifying items through our Online Returns Center.

 To exchange an item:

  1. Go to our Online Return Center and then register to create your account
  2. Please provide your complete shipping address as well contact number while creating your account
  3. Click on “Submit a Request” to open a case for Exchange / Reporting Defects / Missing items in your order
  4. Please provide complete details of your original jacket and the exchange jacket in the following format in the description box: Style / Color / Pattern / Size
  5. Once the details have been submitted our Customer support team will check the information provided and approve your request for return processing. A unique RMA will then be created for your exchange request which should be provided along with the returning item as well as any further communications
  6. In case you are reporting a defective item, please attach photographs of the defects in the product for early action on your request
  7. The Exchange policy will only be applicable to products that are received undamaged and along with complete accessories like the neck pillow and pen/stylus
  8. Please DO NOT send in any other accessories like gloves and bottles.

Note: The exchange shipments for International customers will be marked as replacements. The custom fee on the replacement item may or may not apply depending on the import rules of respective countries. BauBax LLC will not be liable for any customs charges.

If you refuse to take delivery of the Product(s), as a result of import taxes, customs duties, and fees, BauBax reserves the right to charge you for the return cost of the Product(s). This amount will be deducted from your refund once the item is received at our warehouse.
